Report an unsafe or incorrect response

The companion is AI-generated and can occasionally be wrong. If it ever says something unsafe or incorrect — a wrong temperature or time, bad food-safety advice — email us with what it said and the recipe so we can improve it. Always follow the food-safety guidance on your ingredients’ packaging.

Privacy & data deletion

To delete the data we hold for your device or turn off AI processing, use the app’s Settings, or email support@simmernook.com with the random device ID shown in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
